So, that’s it! A year of me in photos. I’ll bet you are as glad as I am that it’s all over. I started off with good intentions and did pretty well for a while, but in the latter part of the year I found it hard to keep up with the photo blogging as I was just so goddamn busy.
I won’t be continuing it next year – I reckon it is a far better use of my time to blog interesting photos on my main blog, which you can find here.
So – that’s all folks! Move along now, nothing to see.

Choctastic, originally uploaded by mooosh.
Why do so many people insist on giving me chocolate for Christmas?! I’m fat enough already! Come 6th Jan, this will all either be eaten or given away, as then the fat fighting begins in earnest!

Our Christmas tree, Hagrid, inexplicably fell over on Saturday nite. There were needles everywhere not to mention broken decorations. He’s ok now, but no idea why he fell down – perhaps we angered the Christmas gods?!

New Shoes, originally uploaded by mooosh.
Yay, nothing better than new shoes – except from new shoes which are HALF PRICE! I got these in Monsoon – they are not too high and are also pretty comfortable! The colour has not come out properly, they are a nice teal colour. I also bought lots of clothes in the sales shopping I did with mum today

Left Over Omlette, originally uploaded by mooosh.
For my Boxing Day In The Life Of. The leftovers omlette is somewhat of a Lennon family tradition – basically, it’s the left over vegetables, turkey, kilted sausages, etc chopped up and made into an omlette – it’s to die for!

Satsuma/After Eights, originally uploaded by mooosh.
Another Lennon family tradition – for years, my brother and I were enthralled every Christmas as my dad or my uncle or grandad would make us say the magic words over a box of after eights (the magic words being flying saucer attack) and then we’d open the box and there would be a satsuma inside! The box was always shrink wrapped and we couldn’t work out how it was done – it was of course, magic. But last year, only last year – when I was 27 – I learned that it was actually not magic that made it happen, but a lengthy, painstaking evening of removing the shrink wrapping, taking out some after eights and placing the satsuma in and then VERY carefully putting the wrapping back on and gluing it in place. This year, the baton was passed to me – my mum provided a catering pack of after eights she’d been given by a child at school and I removed the shrink wrapping and did the necessary – it was a disaster! The shrink wrapping split down one side, so I glued it all up with my glue gun and it looked awful – but we all still had a good laugh over it anyway!
